Negative experience: This company is unscrupulous. Many a times the bus shown on bus app never appear physically. Whenever there is just a light shower there will be endless delays across its network. This company is not trustworthy and many of its buses are fake. Basically it's the shame of this beautiful city.

Fantastic experience: Great company, extremely polite staff and drivers! My coaches were perfectly on time and the insides were comfortable, large enough and very neat! Dual USB charger sockets for phones, laptops, etc are also provided under the seats before yours.

Positive experience: The bus company in England, specifically in Oxford, works very well. I bought a weekly ticket for £17.50 and I could take different buses. Getting around is easy, just use Google Maps!

Negative experience: Waiting for the X32 at Didcot station. Bus didn't even turn up at the advertised time of 2156 on a Friday evening.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the staff behaviour as they are rude and disrespectful and don’t put effort to understand what the customer is saying (even if from different country or from here) experienced both. Buses are not on time. 3A buses get cancelled as per wish. Emails answered very late and just annoying when its coming to payments of online and offline of sharing different buses like stagecoach to access -no well put information inside the bus of new changes. They can display ad but not about new rate change and this is annoying to all people who are old as well. Oxford was not like this few years ago. Feel so sorry for certain people who get in bus and new here. My mom wants to give compliment a worker named Kamini who was well informed at work and resolved a 3 month long issues of keycard. Thanks to her.

Negative experience: The 100 bus is very unreliable, doesn't turn up, which then makes people late who rely on the service to get to work!

Negative experience: zero customer service to be expected. very young assistant at the shop scammed us - first pressured us into buying two tickets for the OX-LHR service at the shop instead of paying when boarding the bus then after the payment went through told us the bus had a 45 minute delay. at that point we could not cancel our payment or get reimbursed anymore. when we asked for reimbursement he responded with a highly unempathic corporate lingo. "it is not our responsibility to catch your flight". mind you we were paid 50 pounds for those bus tickets. bus driver taunted me when I hastily grabbed the luggage he threw out of the bus trunk. that was after we arrived at LHR 75 minutes late.

Positive experience: The X2 service must be the worst bus service that I have ever used. Every day the buses are late for 20-30 minutes, and today a bus did not show up at all. Even if I try to catch an earlier bus, I am always late for work because of this service. Oxford train station: 27.09.2022 - 9:15 X2, 9:35 X2, 9:55 X2, 10:15 did not show up,

Negative experience: Hi! I would like know if is there any possibility to claim a refund if I bought my tickets online? I bought and the buses were not stopping at my bus stop, so I could not use my tickets. Someone can help me with that? I tried to contact the customer service but I am still waiting for reply.

Negative experience: 40’ lates running between airports. No customer service on the phone past 17:30. App is an extra hurdle to try to avoid giving service to passengers. Run like a scam.

Customer service is stubborn and unwilling to accept ideas (e.g. better WiFi on their London coaches - 100MB could easily be increased). Fantastic experience: X90 is one of the best options when traveling to London or Oxford. Their buses are clean and comfortable. Their staff is always friendly, and are conscious drivers. I always feel safe and rely on them for doing trips. Excellent company!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and X90 service is excellent. At Travel Shop you can find a waiting area and vending machines. I'm sure Oxford Tube is more popular, but it's much quieter on X90 coaches. It's just makes trip to London more special.
