Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday to Hurghada with Helen from the Tui Keynsham store. She was so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about Tui services. Im not great with technology, but she was so patient with me and didn’t make me feel like an old dinosaur. A few days before departure she rang me to ensure we had everything we needed so I booked a private transfer, she explained the different transfers, I was about to book a more expensive one, but she advised the slightly cheaper one had better reviews, which I really appreciated. Excellent service couldn’t ask for more. We stayed at Tui blu crystal bay which exceeded our expectations, we are deciding on dates for December 2026 and I shall definitely ring Helen to book it. Thank you Helen for making our booking so easy.

Fantastic experience: Big thank you to everyone we dealt with at the TUI store in Keynsham recently. I gave just a brief outline of the holiday we were looking for and within a couple of days Rachel came back to us with a quote for a bespoke Italian holiday that was almost exactly what we’re looking for. Particular thanks to Julian who saw us when we came into the store. He’d clearly prepared for our visit and researched times and places before we arrived. He suggested breaking a long train journey by having a short stop in Florence, something we hadn’t considered but which made perfect sense and even made the overall cost of the holiday slightly less. He was in no way pushy about anything and was very patient and knowledgeable as we looked at different hotels only to finally opt for the ones originally suggested. Julian even researched restaurants and walking distances to make our decisions easier. He coped especially well communicating with Citalia, as their phones were down and he had to do everything via email. Julian even secured us a complimentary €100 from Citalia towards the price of excursions. We booked our holiday and came away 100% satisfied. We would thoroughly recommend TUI in Keynsham.

Fantastic experience: I always use TUI store in Keynsham. Much prefer to speak to the staff, get new ideas and advice from them. The store staff are always friendly, happy to help and share their own experiences in destinations they visit which help me many times to find a perfect holiday for me and my family. I'm booking on average 2 holidays per year with them and I have never been disappointed. This year, I have booked a third holiday in destination I have never been, and they have helped me a lot not just on location but also on activities which I can have while on holiday. I will definitely visit them in the future.

Fantastic experience: Louise and her team at TUI Keynsham are brilliant at finding just the holiday our family wants ,(and needs). The team are all cheerful, friendly, and so unbelievably knowledgeable about holiday destinations, covering everything from Ski, to City breaks, to Beach, to Adults only hotels, and of course Family holidays (and not forgetting our favourite = Disney ).

Positive experience: Every member of staff was lovely at Tui keynsham, apart from ‘Emma’; Julian booked our holiday he was so helpful and had lots of patience with our questions and queries, Helen was lovely, greeting us with a warm welcome every time. But When it came to buying euros, Emma was rude, abrupt and didn’t have any friendly traits what so ever when trying to communicate about buying euros. It actually ruined my experience with Tui as Emma was the only rude member of staff but ruined the experience. Emma then tried making conversation about where we are going just before finishing; I think once she realised I was upset with the way she had approached me.

On both occasions, he has been brilliant at answering our many and varied questions and helped created exactly the holidays we wanted. The team in the Keynsham store couldn’t be friendlier and booking face to face is a so much nicer process than online, especially when you can take your dog with you!!!!

Negative experience: AVOID this company! Will lie to you to sell the holiday, when it all goes wrong will pass the blame and take no responsibility. AVOID!!!!

Negative experience: AVOID OR BOOK IN STORE WITH CAUTION!!!!! - booked a holiday in store spoke to Rachel and everything she said about the holiday wasn’t true, she said she had been there personally and explained the setting etc was nothing like it. Was recommended to go half board as we had a pool side apartment but we were as far from the pool as possible and up a very steep hill! I’m not unfit and it was a struggle especially with cases and a buggy. Spent a lot more than planned because of this. Have rang the store since and they won’t let me speak to her and said none of them have visited the destination so just said a lot of rubbish to sell the holiday basically. Investigate it yourself before you book! The travel agents don’t have a clue and talk a lot of rubbish giving you false confidence.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that the keynsham branch customer service is outstanding this has been the second holiday that we have booked through the branch and they have on both occasions exceeded my expectations. I almost gave up on tui 2 years ago during Covid due to poor customer service from another branch however keynsham have really impressed me. The latest occasion Helen and the whole team pulled together to help us book our holiday and we got the best price with a lot of patience from them.

Hannah and Emma were exceptionally helpful, and discussed with us various hotels and options, eventually settling on one particular hotel and arranged flights, seats and baggage allowance. Positive experience: Always book our holidays with this branch. I need disabled assistance for travelling and the staff are great at arranging everything for me. During Covid we have had wait to see what to do about our holiday we booked for 2019 and then moved to 2020. When I have popped in to the branch to get advice the staff have been very helpful with their guidance. In there today to move our holiday for the 3rd and hopefully last time. People book on line but I prefer the person and friendly touch that the staff in this branch provide.

Negative experience: They are trying to make the sale. Nothing else important for them. They don't care giving you correct information or not. After sale they don't take any blame, so before use this branch I advise to any body be careful. I will never use them again.
