Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK THROUGH BARRHEAD TRAVEL. I went here thinking I could trust them. Don't TRUST them. I was sold tickets to what I was told was a waterpark in Salou to go with my holiday and it was 2 different theme parks which I didn't want. If I wanted to go to a theme park I would have went to Blackpool. They are not giving me my money back even though my 3 year old could only go on the carousel and my 6 year old couldn't go on most rides as they where all height restrictive at portaventura. Ferrari land didn't open til 5pm in the evening and closed at 10pm. Couldn't get on many rides either as the cues was far too long. They are terrible at responding and refusing to take ownership of their mistake. There was issues with my holiday and easyJet have issued a partial refund which barrhead travel have and are not giving me it back yet. I have been waiting since November for my refund which has been sent to barrhead travel. They are apparently putting it on my card even though I paid cash. Management are dry on the phone.

Negative experience: I dont understand why they have a currency exchange counter but only one member of staff can deal with it while the rest of them just sit there and play with their phone, while the one that can do it is more interested in talking, its pathetic

Negative experience: The manager Lynne is an absolutely horrible creature. Lowest of the low. Kicked me out for offering information to another customer because it didn’t help her overheads. Low class and sub human

Negative experience: I went there with my husband …the woman was impolite…rude and racist with us So we left the agency to another one just near this rubbish place
