Fantastic experience: We were thinking about a holiday to Rhodes so went into TUI at the Fort and spoke to Karen. She was marvellous in advising us about the different resorts and suggesting to us that Rhodes town would be best for us as we like to be in the centre of things with bars and restaurants nearby. Karen really quickly showed us the hotel options, the range of prices and the trips that TUI offer there. Great service and a coffee! 10/10

Negative experience: I finished work a little earlier on the 02/05/2024 so I could book my holiday in person on the website it says the shop is opened until 8pm. On arrival at 7pm it was locked had a notice up saying sorry closed at 7pm sorry for the inconvenience. Although there was staff in sitting at the desks. So me and my husband thought ok we will come back tomorrow. I visited the shop next day at 4:30pm and the holiday I wanted to book had went up by £300. The young lady who attended to me had was very inexperienced she kept saying things like maybe, think so and could be over and over again. Another colleague of hers approached the desk from the travel bureau asked if she was ok and what was I asking for. The young lady explained and it felt like both were not interested at all. It was like they couldn’t get me out the door quick enough. Lady from the bureau was like we close at 7pm but you can still call the shop to book as I told her I’ll be back with my husband to finalise. Both took my details and said they would call me back with answers to everything I asked for. Today is day 5 and nothing!! I would avoid at all cost! I would recommend going to TUI at st. James quarter located in next! They were fabulous and booked my holiday with confidence.

Fantastic experience: Popped into TUI at the Fort this afternoon to book a florida trip. Katy gave us loads of advice and prices for a family holiday for July 2025, to celebrate a special birthday. Katy took us through the process and pricing for an amazing family holiday. She checked the best flight options for us all and came up with a fab deal. Katy was super friendly and helpful amd would totally recommend seeing Katy at TUI at Fort Kinnaird :-)

Fantastic experience: Received an email from 3pf@tui to tell me our flights had been cancelled and asking me to call an 0800 number. Must be spam I thought but did have the right booking reference and personal details. Called a genuine TUI number just to check it was indeed spam. Sadly not. Was then asked if I wanted to cancel. Asked if I could go into store to actually speak to someone and yes was the answer. Popped into the TUI store at Fort Kinnaird this morning. Having partially recovered from the shock of not going to Mauritius in two weeks time spoke to Erin one of the travel consultants. I have to say my wife and I were very impressed with her empathy and capability in getting everything sorted. Quick to understand the issue and able to provide answers and solutions. We now have a new holiday booked which allows us to use the flights we booked separately to Gatwick and hotel. Ended up with a fantastic deal matched to anything we could do online. As people who book independently I have to say the experience was wonderful. Fantastic service from Erin who is an absolute star. Erin was able to get us rebooked onto a new holiday with everything taken care of. Erin contacted the 3rd Party Flights Team at TUI, got them to cancel the original booking, arranged for the funds to be transferred over to the new booking and we left knowing we do have a fantastic holiday to look forward to. What started as a terrible situation was completely turned around. So well done Erin!!!
