Fantastic experience: Oh wow! Have just been to the Tui shop in Ipswich. It was such a good experience. Popped in, made appointment and returned a couple of hours later to be assisted to book a holiday. I had a few ideas of where I wanted to go, and hotels that I was interested in. There were a few hiccups with that as the hotels were not suitable and the flight times were not tying in with things either. Along came Nikki, she was amazing. Not only did she look into the hotels on my list, but went back and forth for the flight to fit in too. Then came the fact a ground floor room was needed. Not a problem, Nikki got on the phone to those that could do this, and the information needed came back. Oh, airport assistance would be needed too. This also was not a problem, Nikki was on to it. She filled out all the necessary forms and that was sorted too. Big thank you Nikki.

Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday with Niki in the TUI shop and she was amazing. It was my first holiday with my partner and we had a few set thing in mind, and she helped us find the perfect hotel. Unfortunately, we had a bad start to our holiday as our flight was cancelled and delayed for nearly 22 hours. I put in a flight delay claim when we returned and this was rejected - wrongfully. Niki and Michael at the Ipswich shop have been an absolute god send and have submitted this internally for me and I am hoping this will now have a positive ending. I highly recommend booking holidays in the shop, as the staff are able to help when problems arise. And I would definitely choose Niki or Michael for help any day.

Fantastic experience: Always use this shop and Micheal always sorts out our Holidays, Micheal is very patient and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, he was even able to sort our ESTA applications which is quite a pain sometimes if like me you don’t know what to do, He is a credit to the company. Negative experience: Initial experience booking our wedding anniversary holiday was good. After a delay to the holiday and appalling customer service at the airport, we complained to Tui after the holiday. They refused to offer reimbursement for additional costs (promised in an email) or any form of monetary compensation, just a measly voucher off of another holiday. Reached back to the branch and asked for details of Tui's complaints procedure as I wanted to escalate this (which is a legal requirement) but had no response. I won't be using Tui again.

Jamie our agent, was very welcoming and took her time to ensure that she got the best holiday deal for us. Searching through various options, really going into detail over each choice. Fantastic experience: Popped in today to book our Winter 2024 holiday. We had a destination and budget in mind and were placed with the lovely Linda who has a wealth of knowledge of our chosen destination. Linda was very helpful, honest, friendly yet professional and advised on all of the resorts within our price range which helped us with our decision. It turns out that Linda has worked at the branch 25 years today so she's obviously doing something right! We were offered refreshments throughout our appointment and all of the team were very helpful. Would highly recommend booking your holiday with this team and obviously Linda! Only 396 days to go!!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I came to this shop a little over a month ago to look at booking a get away for our 40th wedding anniversary. We were initially unsure as to what we wanted, but decided on going into the shop over browsing the internet. When we arrived at the shop, we were greeted by a lady called Niki. She was extremely happy to help with all of our queries and gave us all of the relevant information that we could need to book our time away. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, we were made to feel welcome and treated like a friend over a customer. She really knew how to cross the T's, dot the I's and put 'U' in the middle.

Fantastic experience: I had an issue when TUI online notified me my honeymoon flights were cancelled. I tried to resolve this by phone but no joy. Went into store and Michael and the team couldn’t have been more helpful or sympathetic. They got me an amazing honeymoon and we cannot wait to go. Thank you so much TUI store Ipswich.

Fantastic experience: The TUI service in the Ipswich branch was absolutely amazing!! I had Jess (who told me she was even a newbie!!) and she was so attentive and helpful as I was trying to book my mother a surprise getaway for her 50th birthday! She gave me so many options and really tried to personally connect with me to find out where my mother would be happiest going and for the most affordable price in the current financial climate. I am so grateful for such kind helpful staff especially since covid has made it hard to speak to real people again.

Negative experience: Found holiday online and went in to book and finalise details. Was told long wait because they were closing for lunch as they were hot! Told to come back or phone up - not impressed at all!

Negative experience: Queued for longer than half hour at the currency exchange desk. Took 3 ladies ages to count $3500 dollars between the 3 of them! I ended up walking out and going to Tesco far more quicker!

Negative experience: I had an appointment today for 2 p.m. about 15 minutes someone did approached me and ask have I been seen to I told her that I have an appointment at 2 p.m. she's then went back to her desk shortly after a customer walk be and she said can I help you they sat down at her desk and she dealt with them which party was unfair as I had an appointment and still waiting at 2. 30pm I decided to leave . please don't make an appointment for this company as you will end up wait forever

Negative experience: OMG!!! With all those negative reviews I am starting to regret that I have booked my holiday with this agency. Hopefully I will fly Sunday from Gatwick airport to Greece. My family can’t wait for this holiday.

Negative experience: Never chose them! I supposed to flight yesterday at 13:20 to Greece from Norwich airport. I get a message that the flight has been delayed for 20:30. Went for 20:30 I got another email saying that it will be at 21:30. Ok, we waited to the airport all day, no restaurant facilities, everything shut! After waiting there all day till 21:00, just 30 min before we flight,they have said it has been cancelled. I understand, ok but no one there to give us any informations.TUI had no person there to let us know about the changes, about any answers! 3 min later, email that our flight will be next day morning at 06:00… The team from airport, said that the information it’s wrong, that TUI will send bus to take us to London Gatwick and we will fly from there. Half hour later, that said they will give us accommodation, but they have only 9rooms for couples, not for families! Really What this means? No rooms for the children who waited there all day long. Half hour later, again another email: please return home, we get in touch with you regarding your flight. 02:00 in the night email again, at 06:00 must be at Norwich, so you can be taken to Gatwick to fly from there. 04:00 in the morning: your flight will be today at 15:00 from Norwich…. How can they do this How is this possible? Do I need to wait all day long to the airport, then all night checking emails, without sleeping, and driving all night from home to the airport and then back and again and again?BIG SHAME

Negative experience: Worst experiente ever. Our holiday has been canceled due to Covid-19, 7 people involved. Applied for a refund and after more than 2 months still didnt receive our Money. The staff dont want to offer any details about the refund if you are not the lead person... Very bad attitude and cant answer to simple question about their agency policy.

Negative experience: we cannot begin to rate the poor service we have received following the booking of our honeymoon. we have had to put one start just to put a review. You don't arrange and agree with a company certain things and then nothing is done about them, thats poor service. Then to be told its not their responsibility to have followed through on what was agreed - again pretty poor!! Rather than put the whole story on here we have sent a letter to the head office and the cruise company to make them aware of the poor service and the stress caused to customers who wish to have a stress free service. hopefully someone will take action and actually deal with a complaint

Negative experience: AVOID this TUI store its under extremely poor management...we have booked numerous holiday's through TUI so you would expect us to be treated like a loyal/valued customer … TUI booked our hotel and parking for the wrong year which caused us endless issue's when arriving, it was a really bad start to the holiday (the hotel also told us TUI make these mistakes a lot) - When handling our complaint Robyn Coe was rude, unhelpful and has no customer service skills what so ever. Save yourself the hassle and find a decent TUI store that prides themselves on customer service not just when they are taking your money!!!!!!!!!
