Fantastic experience: Have you ever met a bus driver who was an absolute inspiration? Someone who just radiated positivity, energy, and kindness every time you stepped onto their bus? I have, and let me tell you, it was a truly uplifting experience. This particular bus driver's name was Dave, and he was truly one of a kind. He greeted every passenger with a smile and a warm hello, and his energy was infectious. Even on the rainiest of days, he managed to brighten up the ride with his cheerful demeanor. What impressed me most about Dave was his unwavering commitment to safety. He made sure that every passenger was buckled up and seated before pulling away from the curb. He always obeyed the speed limit and paid close attention to the road. As a passenger, I felt completely at ease knowing that Dave was at the helm. he needs a raise

Fantastic experience: I have been on two day trips with Galloway travel and I am going on another day trip on October 19th 2023. The coaches are comfortable and also have air conditioning. Fantastic experience: Called up and spoke with a lovely woman called Linda, who managed to help organise getting me 2 tickets to a trip that had already sold out! Can't thank her enough, she made my day, and saved my mums birthday!!

Fantastic experience: Had Galloway coach from Colchester to Ipswich train replacement,the driver went above and beyond helping me,I'm ambient disabled unable to use stairs, he really helped me x

Fantastic experience: Myself and my mother in law went to see Elf, The Musical. Before the trip I needed to make a change, as my daughter was unwell, this was no problem and they responded to emails almost immediately. The coach itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The driver was absolutely lovely, on time for every pick up and drop off. Always regularly checking in and making sure everyone was ok and had a good time. We had an amazing time. I'd definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Fabulous service. Especially from our driver Phillip who took us to the Harry Potter Warner Bros studio for last week, please can he have some recognition as he was a perfect driver and so helpful throughout the day. I have high anxiety and this was the most stressfree day trip I've ever done. Coach was clean with perfect air conditioning. Will definitely book again. Thank you.

Negative experience: We went to book a holiday having previously been in to get quotes and was told they would keep the booking open for for a week went in next day to book to find shop closed looked online to book to find both shops closed for 6 days when I rang up on the Monday was told we had gone past the date to book so could not book it. Was so upset as had told the children we were going tried to explain to lady we could not book as both shops closed but was not listen to have used Galloway many times but will think twice in the future have since booked the holiday online with another company
