Fantastic experience: Had been looking on the Internet for a surprise holiday for the wife's 50th birthday this December and had become totally bamboozled with the choices and so forth, I went into Hays Travel in Ipswich and was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff where nothing was too much trouble, in next to no time a holiday was booked....everything was explained in simple terms and the whole process was a pleasant experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hays for their professional and caring attitude.
