Fantastic experience: We used Natalie and the team to book our first family holiday abroad. We were pretty picky with what we were after, but our holiday was spot on! Fantastic experience: I only have great things to say about this company. I was recommended by a friend , as i was struggling to find a decent holiday for my family of four. We have booked a first time family cruise with which we are very excited & looking forward to. We feel confident now we have everything in place to have a great holiday. Fantastic experience: Jut returned from Bergamo Old Town and a short break at Lake Iseo. Kelly & Natalie at Lay my Hat Travel were absolutely fantastic and managed to find 2 fabulous hotels in both areas and organised all of the transfers so it was completely hassle-free. I have used this company on a number of times now and whether the group be for 2 ppl or 14 as was the case on a separate booking, the attention to detail, service throughout and quality of the hotels selected has always been absolutely brilliant. Would highly recommend this company and would not go abroad without them. Previously, I would always book my own flights/accommodation but they manage to match or beat these prices and you get all of the extras that a qualified Agent can provide.

Fantastic experience: Natalie and Kelly organised both our honeymoon in New York and family holiday to Turkey near Belek (August 2023) Family holiday was amazing. Exceptional value for money staying in a 5 star hotel with great nighttime entertainment. Food was exceptional and A la Carte restaurants were a lovely experience for the children. Unfortunately, on our way home our flights were cancelled whilst we were at the airport. Both Natalie and Kelly were available whenever we had any questions. This made us feel at ease and helped us make the best of a less than ideal situation. They have even submitted our claims for cancelled flights. 5 star support and professionalism. We are going to book again this year with them.

Fantastic experience: My family, including my younger children and my parents, recently went on a trip to Norway. Our plan was very vague and we didn’t give the ladies at Lay My Hat much time and our trip was wonderful! They came up with a wonderful plan that satisfied the entire group!

Exactly what we needed! Kelly listened to our needs and wants, had a look at the places we stayed before and liked and then guided us through the options. She really helped us focus our minds on what we actually needed and gave advice on accommodation, etc. Her and her colleague Natalie even check you into flights!!! We were so pleased with our holidays in Greece last year, we asked them to help us with two more trips. This is an exellent agency - they really know what they are doing.
